As long-time customers of Salesforce and users of most major CRM platforms, we experienced firsthand the limitations that plague the industry: lack of flexibility, over-priced subscriptions, and unnecessarily complicated systems for what is essentially a digital rolodex that provides services.
After years of paying premium prices for features we needed but couldn't customize, extensions that required additional monthly fees, and third-party services like Mailparser that should have been built-in, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
